Herrmann Ultraschall is supporting a social welfare center with 10,000 euros. The money will urgently purchase essential all-weather jackets for approximately 100 caregivers, an expense that could not be covered by the original budget.
"Even our day-to-day operations can hardly be maintained without donations from church communities. Therefore, further investments are hardly possible," explains Eva Link, Managing Director of the Social Care Center in Karlsbad, Germany. "We are very grateful to Herrmann Ultraschall for their generous donation."
The social care center in Karlsbad is a registered association with a board of directors working on a voluntary basis. Thanks to the outpatient care service, over 400 patients can continue living in their home environment despite needing assistance. In addition to private donors, the local government and Protestant and Catholic churches also support the center’s work.
